Hello and welcome to the website for 417 Wick Lane, a one-stop spot for leaseholders and residents alike seeking information about the development and local area.

We are proud to be a diverse community of active and supportive people and aim to make 417 a happy place to live and work in.

A bit of history; Henley Homes Plc constructed 417 Wick Lane in 2005 on the site of the former dye works on Fish Island. The development comprises of 90 units split over three blocks (A, B & C) and is hemmed in by the beautiful River Lea and landscaped courtyard gardens. In 2006, 417 proudly received the Evening Standard Homes and Property Award for the 'Best New Large Development'.
Fish Island is an extension of the vibrant canal-side community of Hackney Wick. Only minutes away, the Wick is a thriving cultural hub of independent cafes, bars, warehouse pop-up art galleries, gyms and studios. Just off the A12, Fish Island is easy to get to by car and has no less than five tube stations in walking distance.

The Managing agents of 417 Wick Lane are London Block Management. They manage the communal areas of the development, but not the individual apartments where the relevant leaseholder should be able to help.

Caretaker

417 Wick Lane RTM Company Limited employs a full-time caretaker for the building, Scott Porter, who is on-site between 08.00am-4.00pm every weekday. Scott has worked at the building since September 2012 and provides an invaluable service for all residents. His contact details are:

THE COMPANY
The 417 leaseholders acquired the right to manage the development from the developer and landlord, Henley Homes Plc, via 417 Wick Lane RTM Company Limited in 2009. All leaseholders of the building are members of The Company.
417 Wick Lane RTM Company Limited is responsible for the repair and maintenance of the building (including all amenity areas) and the arranging and administration of the property and public liability insurance policies for the development. These functions are outsourced to London Block Management Limited, as managing agents.

THE DIRECTORS
The Directors of 417 Wick Lane RTM Company Limited are volunteers serving the building for free. The directors are elected annually by leaseholders to manage the development in the best interests of all the residents collectively. The current Board of Directors all own properties in the building.
