As you will be aware, the project to remediate the existing render and other materials (communal walkways and private balconies) continues. All leaseholders have been sent updated copies of the project particulars. Thankfully, this project is wholly publicly-funded via the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC).

The ARJ team can be contacted between 08.00am-5.00pm, Monday to Friday. The site office is based in Apartment 310, and they are always available if any resident has a query or concern. The Site managers are:

We are aware that the project is going to cause significant disruption until it is completed, but the entire team is working to improve communication for all live-in residents (both leaseholders and tenants). Updated, monthly notices informing residents of key dates and areas of disruption will be displayed in both lifts, in the Entrance Lobby noticeboard, and below for reference. From time to time, letters will also be issued via door/post box drop informing or requesting residents to take temporary action to assist ARJ with their work (for example, requests to clear balconies).
